The bedside lamps barely worked and the desk lamp did not work at all. They want to charge $4 for a bottle of water, but not have a fridge to put them in to keep them cold.

Since there was no fridge, I had to use the ice bucket and 1 of the extra garbage cans in the room filled with Ice and put my drinks in those. I had to call and have 4 more pillows brought to my room. My wife thought it was too soft, however I like a softer bed. And even then, the only 2 good things about our room was the balcony and the bed.
